RANCH HOUSE NEWS
HOWDY!!! This is what's goin on in our neck of the woods. If you have an event or news item that you would like to post on "RANCH HOUSE NEWS" just email us at pastorlynn@itlnet.net Thanks, Pastor Lynn ****************************************************************************** 1/13/2012
It seems that I have offended some folks who do not want to see or hear the Word of God on Facebook. For some reason unknown to me, my messages to folks on facebook other than those on my friend list have been temporarily blocked as Spam and I have also been temporarily blocked from making friend request. All of you know that I use FACEBOOK as a ministry tool, and I am trying my best to spread the blessings and the lifegiving Word of God as far and wide as I possibly can. Please help me in this effort by "sharing" my post with your friends and you are not "stealing" anything from me; these Words belong to God and HE wants to be known all over the world!! Also, since I can't send them one, please ask your friends to send me a "friend request" and I will be glad to add them to my list so they can receive my post on their news feed. I am praying for an increase in friends and an increase in the presence of the Spirit of God all over this World. God's Word NEVER goes out and comes back void. Please help me in this effort if you also believe in this Ministry. May God richly bless you with His Word, Love, and Power, ~Pastor Lynn

1/4/2012 Awesome service for Cindy Peters this morning. Please keep Pete in your prayers. Right before the service, I got word that my good friend and former student, Clark Taylor, passed away this morning. Please keep his wife Peggy and family in your prayers as well. I will be doing his service sometime Saturday at John Ireland Funeral Home and Chapel in Moore, Oklahoma (Same place Cindy's service was held). Casey and I spent the rest of the day making Hospital visits at St. Anthony's and OU Medical Center. Visited with Linda Chaney, Les Wyatt, and LeDale Smith. Please pray for them and their families as well. It's been a tough day. ~Pastor Lynn
Howdy All, Casey and I will be leaving January 21st on a Mission Trip to Guatemala and returning February 3rd. We will be staying and working at Eagle's Nest Mission high above Solo La. The mission has a school and an orphanage as well as facilities for conferences with missionaries and bible students from the nearby seminary. We will be helping to paint some of the buildings and maybe help with some repairs. We will also be teaching at a conference for native Pastor's and their wives on the problems they face concerning how to deal with maritial problems caused by alcoholism, illness, and intense poverty among others in their villages. I will also be preaching in one of the remote indian churches up in the mountains. I posted earlier that we needed help to complete funding for our Mission Trip to Guatemala this month. Please disreguard that request because ALL of our financial needs have been met Today!! Of course, there will be other mission trips and we always have needs in this ministry. Please feel free to donate to our ministry if God so instructs you to do so. Thanks to all of you, God Bless you Richly, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

July 10th,2011 Randy Cochran and all the good folks at the Cyril Assembly of God did a great job with their COWBOY DAY CELEBRATION. The TRIPLE CROSS BAND was there along with a lot of other great Live Music and the food was deeeelicious!! Had beans, brisket, and three or four kinds of tater salad plus lots of great deserts to boot. (Our own Greg Roberts is still King of Tater Salad) Had gun fighters, pony rides, and all kinds of games for the kids. Darrell Glass with his team of big black Percheron draft horses pullin' the COWBOY COUNTRY CHURCH Wagon seemed to be the biggest hit for all the kids (grown up kids too). Darrell was busy during the whole event giving people rides all over Cyril. Jay Snider, the great Cowboy Poet and Story Teller, was also there. If you've never heard Jay tell the story about the Ft. Worth banker, you need to get one of Jay's CD's. He cracks up everybody when he tells that story!! Already lookin' forward to next year.
Thanks to all the good folks with the OKLAHOMA TERRITORY MOUNTED SHOOTERS for inviting us out to do Cowboy Church for them at the Grady County Fairgrounds. Y'all are a great bunch and I hope we get to do it again sometime. We enjoyed the Fellowship with your group very much. ~Pastor Lynn
